Minimum Requirements:

English level C1.
Spanish level B2.
2 years experience in International Relations, International Marketing or International Admissions.
Experience in customer care and public relations.
International background.
Good knowledge of the Spanish and international education system.
Experience in using CRM and/or other clients management system.
In possession of a valid work permit in Spain.

Tareas principales del puesto

Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia (UCAM) is searching for an international profile for the International Admissions department.

The selected candidate will collaborate closely with the National Admissions Office, International Marketing Department, Foreign Office, embassies / consulates, public bodies, ministeries, past, current and future students, and all university staff engaged in the international programs.

 

Job description:

  • Guide students, agents and parents during the admission process.
  • Input and maintain data in admissions database, tracking of application and enrollment documents.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to prospective and current students.
  • Follow-up and communicate status of applications.
  • Maintain efficient and proactive communication with appropriate departments and regional managers to ensure a timely and efficient admissions process.
  • Create reports and collect statistics as requested by management.
  • Ensure the candidates meets the entry requirements of the program an the university.
  • Communicate with embassies, foreign office, service providers and others institution/companies.
  • Pro-active and continuous process improvement to ensure that the students receive the very best admissions experience.
  • Train agents and regional managers in the admission process.
  • Keep updated admission process information in all informative formats (web, e-mails, brochures, etc.)
